Can someone please explain to my why they think NTs are so agressive and exclusionary towards neurodivergent types?
The term NT is only something I have become familiar with here, but wish I have a couple of decades ago. I have always been quite open to conflict resolution, but didn't understand why so many young people were closed to talking and working with me. I realise one size does not fit all.
I have quite an in depth understanding of personality types, but i am coming around to the way of thinking that Myers- Briggs is quite a blunt tool which does not in any way account for neuro divergence.
