Right to choose- child assessment

Hello,

I am really struggling with my GP. My son is 14 and is showing signs of autism and adhd. School.have said the community paediatric wait is so long that by the time he would have an appointment he would of left school. His education is really being impacted. School said to see the GP however they have said no it needs to be School. Today I had a face to face GP appointment and explained about right to choose however he said again no it has to be School. I feel at a total loss and no one wants to help me. The website says I can request Right to Choose however the GP is saying no. My own autism means I find it so hard trying to explain myself and I feel my son is falling more and more behind.

Can anyone offer any advise?
