Fresh air

It’s a beautiful autumn day in England and I am feeling particularly unsettled/fussy and no quiet place at home. Nearly had a meltdown about nothing this morning.  So I have put on my sunglasses and headphones and gone for a walk by myself. I’m trying to do the things that make me feel better, calmer. Found myself stress- stimming earlier, I’m still learning about the true me, but learning every day,  the walking has helped. What does everyone else do to calm themselves when the pressure inside is too much?

  • I've had a walk this afternoon and I agree it does help. I exhale and I feel my shoulders drop a little and the tension starts to ease.

I like to listen to music too.

I picked some conkers up the other day after work. They fascinate me, I love popping them out of their shell, they are all new and shiny, just wonderful.
