Fresh air

It’s a beautiful autumn day in England and I am feeling particularly unsettled/fussy and no quiet place at home. Nearly had a meltdown about nothing this morning.  So I have put on my sunglasses and headphones and gone for a walk by myself. I’m trying to do the things that make me feel better, calmer. Found myself stress- stimming earlier, I’m still learning about the true me, but learning every day,  the walking has helped. What does everyone else do to calm themselves when the pressure inside is too much?

  • I like the feeling of being lost in information or thoughts, however, either due to depression or sometimes drained brain it is not alwaya achievable anymore. I like mathematical toys as well (Rubiks cubes and such), but again, sometimes im very mentally tired. Should talk to psychologist about it. Thx for asking, hopefully can discuss with her.

    I like what catwoman mentioned as well about being a child. I am curious but mostly about data, numbers puzzles, less so about nature at present (and for many years).
