Going abroad with PIP

Hello, I am 18 and have PIP and I am planning on leaving my comfort zone and going to Camp America, I've never been out of the country for more than 3 weeks let alone without family and I don't know what I need to do and whether I'll lose my PIP. If I go next summer I will be out of the country for between 9 to 12 weeks. I use my payments for my medication and cbt but I'm really worried I'll lose it. I have enhanced mobility as I need help planning journeys among other issues which is why I'm planning this so long in advance. I and my parents hope is that an experience like this will improve how I am, boost my resilience and whotnot. I have been having cbt since well before I was accepted for PIP which has helped me to find other ways of coping in unfamiliar journeys, but I am so worried that a trip like this will completely cancel my PIP. I currently have PIP until the 23rd October 2027 and am forced to go private for the medication I need which is expensive and losing this wouldn't help at all. How should I contact DWP? What do I even say?? I'm so worried, it just feels as if I'm now stuck in the country. If anyones got any advice I'd be so appreciative. Thanks.
