Getting a job

I’m 29. I have very little work experience and nothing from the last 6 years.
I'm in desperate need of money and need a job. I’m afraid no one will want to hire me.
I’ve applied for PIP and have been denied. I’m so desperate. Any advice?

  • In my 50's, I spent two years sending out my CV and didn't even get a single interview. I think you are better off going through your Job Centre and having them find a placement for you somewhere to get you started and get something recent on your CV. Doing it on your own might turn out to be an endless wait for nothing at all.
