burnout and beyond

I wondered if anyone else had made a connection between burnout and the mythological phoenix.

    I'm 9 months in from Late Diagnosis @ 56 and only just realising much of this after being close to burnout and now starting to reach out for more support

    I know the NHS have had plenty of knocks on here - and to be fair I haven't been their greatest supporter.  But just over a week ago I had my first meeting with my Therapist with NHS Talking Therapies and last week I went to see my GP  - they've both referred me to others for MH and also Work Support.  So feeling a little better.

    gladdening to read about positive feedback for the NHS - I, though have had a mixed experiences with it,  really want to see it doing it's job as i don't want any excuses for it being done away with.
