Fencing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son is 6 diagnosed severe autism non verbal challenging behaviours he escaped from the garden months ago and was found by the POLICE since then I've been running round in circles trying to get this fencing done I live in a housing association property they have agreed to pay for 1/2 the fencing 

but who is legally responsible for safeguarding the house ???

  • The fencing is 4ft old chainlink with holes in it it needs replacing anyway I'm thinking of doing a story in the papers about this as I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem and apparently a DFG won't fund fencing well that needs to be changed by law or some of our kids will be lost forever Ronnie was lucky!!!
