Fencing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son is 6 diagnosed severe autism non verbal challenging behaviours he escaped from the garden months ago and was found by the POLICE since then I've been running round in circles trying to get this fencing done I live in a housing association property they have agreed to pay for 1/2 the fencing 

but who is legally responsible for safeguarding the house ???

  • Hi - I'd check out my rights if I were you as offering to pay half seems odd to me in that they seem to be recognising they have a responsibility but only half a responsibility??  Maybe CAB or your council's welfare rights dept cd shed some light?  Good luck.  When my son was little we lived in a council property - they put up high fencing all round it, inc a gate.
