Fencing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son is 6 diagnosed severe autism non verbal challenging behaviours he escaped from the garden months ago and was found by the POLICE since then I've been running round in circles trying to get this fencing done I live in a housing association property they have agreed to pay for 1/2 the fencing 

but who is legally responsible for safeguarding the house ???

  • oh I lived in a housing assossication property and i got myself and a neighbours fence put up . how I did it was under the grounds of health and safety , but one side i had a 6 ft drop that was my side but my neighbour had her fence done aswell when they put it up i said to the guy that there were drugs users and kept coming into our gardens got it all free but it took 5 years of nagging at them writing and going to the head of the housing assosation but you have the police that recorded the incident which is really good hope thats some help and good luck as they are stubborn
