Fencing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son is 6 diagnosed severe autism non verbal challenging behaviours he escaped from the garden months ago and was found by the POLICE since then I've been running round in circles trying to get this fencing done I live in a housing association property they have agreed to pay for 1/2 the fencing 

but who is legally responsible for safeguarding the house ???

  • I made sure i build the fence myself out of my sons pip money to protect him,

    I never leave him alone also he is supervised 24/7 

    Why was he left alone to go missing

    A 6 year old boy will always find enough time to escape.

    I was only two when my mother demanding from the housing association that they improve the fence around our garden. "A two year old can't climb that," she was told, "it's just over ten feet high."

    "Honey, come here," my mother called to me, "Can you climb the fence for me? It's ok, I won't tell you off this time."

    Just under four seconds later I was looking down at them both, wondering what was going on.

    (40 years later my mother told that tale to someone else, proving to me that I hadn't imagined the memory of it happening.)

    So aged six, never more than four seconds out of sight? I don't think that's remotely reasonable to expect.
