Move on until something like this happens again, and it will. It keeps happening.

I think that needs to be put to the mods directly. It being gone over and over on here is not helping anyone or anything. It's just making it a less pleasant place to be. That particular incident needs to be moved on from now. I get your point about happening again. But I don't think this thread is going to help with that.
