It seems common for people to need to withdraw, but does anyone find that they tend to be overly chatty maybe? And seeking companionship?

I think the difference is choosing when and where you want to be social. If I know the plan is to stay for two hours I can manage that but without a time frame I feel quite sick about it. Can’t relate too much to the oversharing though.
