Hello all that are curious,

So I've taken the online assessments and have it has indicated that I am more than likely on the spectrum. But I'm almost 40 if I get officially diagnosed I don't know what that would change. I need help understanding.

  • For me it made me open my eyes, stand back and look at everything that causes me distress, my likes and dislikes and what gives me pleasure and happiness. True it has highlighted everything which was a stress in itself but that gives me something to work on and some knowledge. I’m 50 and had my diagnosis in June.
