No support in my area

I've looked through directories, even contacted organisations but there is nothing in the area where I live within a 50 mile radius and that's already heavily pushing it.

I tried looking for supported accommodation to help me gain some independence but there's nothing in a huge radius. I tried contacting university there's not much else they can do for me, I tried contacting the post diagnosis service and that doesn't exist anymore.

It feels like my PMDD diagnosis all over again where I have to fight to be seen or helped. I'm tired as it is, what am I supposed to do?
