Right to choose

Hello everyone,

I am going to my GP to ask about right to choose and I wanted to know if anyone could suggest places to get assessed properly but quickly because I have been on the waiting list almost 3 years and im sick of it lol. Any help would be amazing!

  • I also used Right to choose to be referred to Psychiatry UK, had about 3 months wait maybe less to be assessed. Fill out a few forms yourself and get someone close to you ideally a parent to do the informant report but don’t worry too much, I wasn’t able to get a parent to do mine but still got diagnosed with ASD. The idea of being assessed via video call is an odd one I feel but if it works the same and is quicker why not.
