I'm not certain what "medically impossible" means, but I also have hypersensitivity to temperature. When my hands, feet or neck get too cold it registers as pain. I can tolerate warm temperatures better, but once it gets higher than about 26C I can get very uncomfortable and don't want to do much.
I'm wondering what you eat if you don't cook?

My family will cook something for me. But I can't eat anything that is spicy. I don't eat Chinese, Indian, Italian etc. I tend to eat a sandwich, soup, haddock but no other fish. I don't eat meat. I do like vegetables but the smell of them cooking I can't stand. Hope that answers your question.
