Hello

I am finding it hard to find sensory issues with flat. When I think I focus on the wrong things as I am hyperfocuaed on out side environmental issues and wonder what would be classed as sensory inside or verbalse it

To apply on medical grounds I supply a list of sensory issues caused by the flat. Eg Lighting installed too bright and being photo phobic I think that's what they want as I asked for examples and wouldn't explain or give me examples

I hate overhead lights and always use table lamps so as I can control how much and where the light is. I find overhead lights so oppressive.

The heat in flat is oppressive it's was 30c in the night when it cool out side. The flat is over Insulated roof attic and wall and out side I open the window dosent leave.
