Thank you. Sometimes I feel completely unable to cope but I haven’t dare ask the doctor for medication after a bad experience with anti-depressants - but I’ve often wondered what else there is for when people feel in crisis. I really wish you luck with it and I hope it makes this awful experience you’re having a little more bearable. I’m sure it will soon all be sorted out for you - in your shoes I’m sure I’d be feeling just the same as you. Fingers crossed it won’t be long now til you’re free of that horrible man. Take care x 

They gave me Promethazine Hydrochloride 25m, it is helping. And I just started taking it today. I felt strange at first, like I didn't quite exist amongst people. But I also stopped caring. 

Do you mind sharing what kind of medication they prescribed for you? I’ve often wondered what uk gps offer for things like this? Is it helping? Are you ok? 

1. Update: medication kicking in, feeling drowsy, I don't even care that my soon to be former landlord will be in all day, all week. 

That’s hopeful. You have the right people who will but pressure on the Housing Executive. 

J really hope so. I've just been let down so much. Landlord said he won't come in every day after Saturday. But who knows. 

That's good, right. People are listening and trying to help.

Update: they've got me on anxiety medication. And I've been told by Dermott the GP social worker that he STRONGLY recommends that a hostel would be inappropriate due to my Asperger's and anxiety, and trauma 

I haven't had a chance to think. It's a literal nightmare. 

Good. Your time, 24 hours per day is valuable and you are entitled to a peaceful existence. Your landlord shouldn’t have been causing you distress by calling every day, never mind being abusive.

I totally understand why you feel totally overwhelmed by what’s happening - I’m so sorry. You will get through this - take a deep breath and no that one day this whole thing will be just a distant memory for you. You’re doing brilliantly in doing all the right things and doing your absolute best to get all the support available. I know it’s so hard for you - but it will eventually work out. Don’t let this awful man get to you - soon you’ll be leaving him behind forever and will never have to see him or speak to him EVER again! 

I'm reporting my landlord. He's abusive.
