Poor memory

Hi all. I've had incredibly awful memory all my life . I barely remember much at all . Is this common in anyone else with autism ? I'd be very grateful of any advice thanks for reading x

I think I remember too much, its all mental clutter, but to be the other other way and have a poor memory must be equally bad.
