Post assessment guidance

Hi,

What can I really expect in respect of post assessment guidance. I'm six months in and I've heard nothing from my GP, I managed to get 6 sessions of talking therapy but it's not autism specific and I've tried everything they are suggesting in relation to my depression and anxiety, they are really nice but they've ran out of suggestions. The secondary mental health services just don't want to know as I've been declared treatment resistant.

I was on the waiting list to see my local autism services but they've lost the contract and someone else is taking over, so I have to start afresh on their waiting list when they take over in June.

It feels like you are assessed and then kick out the door as that's obviously fixed the issue(s).

Sorry for the rant but it's incredibly frustrating.
