diagnostic process help :)

hello lovely people,

i am in the midst of waiting for an assessment (2year + waiting list of course) however i have been made aware of right to choose recently, and i wanted to ask if any of you know anything of whether i can use right to choose now and go to my GP to initiate it or am i too late? and if so how can i help myself in the meantime?

You can go to your GP and ask about right-to-choose right now (provided you are in England) to initiate the process.
