Hello, I have just been officially diagnosed with Autism approximately no more than 2 weeks ago now. For the majority of my life I have been left to 'slip through the cracks', not be heard or only got so far in the goal for a diagnosis. life has and continues to be very difficult for me; I often feel lonely, mis-understood, restless and angry. Can anyone relate? Does anyone have any advice?
Hi Hope welcome to the community. I think you will find many folks here, have similar stories and will be able to relate to what you are going through. Still figuring things out properly myself but starting to get my head around stuff. I think a big battle and one I haven't won as yet it learning to be comfortable with yourself and actually like who you are. One day I hope I can achieve this
