new to autism

i am new to autism and honestly im struggling to get my head around it all. I have tried research and all the support leaflets and links all my workers have offered me and i still struggle with the realisation of my life that now alot more makes sense. Its a huge shock and a big change and its a struggle. does anyone have any advice on how they coped?

    Oh gosh wow im so glad you got your diagnosis. I felt so heard when i talked about it and went through everything and they said Autism and everything else my life finally started to make sense in areas i was so heavily confused by. Some of the things i was doing i was so confused by and how i dealt with things or handled things didnt seem to be what everyone else ( like at school) was doing so to finally have someone help me understand that was so overwhelming but such a weight off my shoulders.
