Neurodivergency "week" or "month"

I'm sure this has come up before but I didn't want to endlessly scroll to find out. I'm just wondering what people's thoughts are on celebrating neurodivergency week or month (whatever we're up to now). I'm not against giving neurodivergency some more awareness and educating people. But how do we feel about it being a week. Does celebrating it for a week take away from it for the rest of the year because we've moved onto the next week or month? Should these weeks just be normality that neurodivergency is an every day kind of conversation? I don't know how I actually feel about it. I'm just interested.

  • On the month bit, apparently in April it is stress month.

We had an email about this week at work. A good thing is that there is a good attachment aimed at managers, so hoping they read it.

We also have a thing saying there will be things to read every day for those interested. The thing I am not so sure about is that it is all about celebrating neurodiversity and it is the same on the HR policy. There seems no mention about how difficult it can be.
