nothing is working

hi,

I'm 14, got diagnosed at 10, i was really good in school but now at GCSE im failing, all my neurotypical friends are succeeding and have girlfriends but i feel like i cant talk to a girl anymore let alone have a girlfriend, i got accused of sexual assault even though i did nothing, i got cleared but everyone looks at me differently after that. I'm ugly, fat and just feel like i want to die. i just want any advice i can get tbh. i hope everyone seeing this has a great day.

  • Feeling alone and being looked down on is never something that's fun to deal with, even for people who've been through it plenty of times already. You don't deserve the bad looks and alienation it seems like you're feeling. You're not alone there, and you're not alone in your struggles either. The thing is, people around you are rarely doing as well as they seem... everyone's just trying to make it work, just like you. With time you'll probably learn about plenty of issues your friends are dealing with that you didn't fully know about. This isn't meant to say that you shouldn't feel this way, but that there's probably more people than it seems who feel similar to you right now.

Just keep going, okay Kavish? Find something you can anchor to to get you through, anything, and know that things can and will eventually change. You are good just as you are, and there will be plenty of girls who will like you just as you are too in the future.

I hope you have a good day, and remember to take care of yourself when you can :-)
