3 Good Things (again)

1. Heading for a week away from work, in Wales 

2. Get to see O/H after him being away for a week

3. Going by train (love it aslong as not rammed)

1. Feeling better, after having the Flu yesterday.

2. My cleaner shall come, today.

3. Sorted out an issue with my Solar Power App, on my new phones, thanks to the support website and a YouTube tutorial.

I was saying to my brother that I wouldn't have wanted to have been at the top of my 1970s 4th floor school building for this one. Noho ora mai, Aotearoa. And everyone on the Pacific Basin. 

Glad your parents' NZ area doesn't have a tsunami warning (going to be a long night / month for a number of countries - as 8.8 earthquake off the Russian eastern coast may yet be accompanied by subsequent strong aftershocks).

1. The foul-mouthed, really noisy workforce who have been on a nearby building got rained off for the day (they are about 1/3 through the project).  So the neighbourhood wasn't "f***" to the max all day today.

2. Someone else in my household kindly did the grocery shopping in the morning.  As we live in a rural area; this afforded me a rare couple of quiet, solo, hours at home (to potter about on my own terms and schedule).

3. Via Channel 4; later in the day, I enjoyed watching episode 2 (of 6) of the thriller series "The Veil":

1. That there is no tsunami warning near where my parents live.

2. That I get to listen to "Let it Be" by the Beatles this morning.

3. That I got to see the clip of Sarina Wiegman dancing

2. Got more Farm-Fresh Milk.

1. Asking for support from you all today, on the day that my apprentice loses his job

3.Managed things day 2 of my husband being away for a week

Had a good Sunday breakfast which was boiled eggs, crossiant, yoghurt with blueberries, black coffee and orange juice. Every Sunday we have breakfast together. 

Went to the telephone library box exchange. Now got a selection of books to read.

Saw social bees 

1. I sat in the park and listened to a jazz band. Lovely version of Georgia on my mind.
2. Visited a sensory flower garden and really enjoyed it.
3. Visited the grave of Ruth Ellis. 

1 Tunnocks tea cake. 2 sitting outside alone. 3 brightly coloured compression socks. 

1. Got up early, this morning.

2. Saw the beginning of a Tractor Run, locally, and filmed the launch. (Had a cheeseburger at the Barbecue Stall)

3. Check my Spuds, at my Community Garden Plot, and the flowers are in full bloom.

1, Feel more regulated today

2, Been a support to my neurodivergent friend

3, Maybe helping people who need support is a good distraction 

1. That my Facebook feed is full of kindness and positivity. 

2. That I am seeing a friend tomorrow to cheer myself up after the last couple of weeks I've had

3. That the aforementioned friend totally gets me. 

1. I got up before 8 am, today; a miracle.

2. I got two Motorola e15s, without SIMs, at a Mobile Shop in Armagh.

3. After struggling to find a place to park, I discovered a Fish Stall; when walking towards the phone shop. I got Cod for £6. Pure steal.

1. Bought two USB-C to USB chargers, for my Artist friend, today; he can pay me back whenever his next benefit cheques arrive.

2. I plan to get two new Motorola e15s tomorrow; as my two Huaweis are at death's door.

3. The guy who does my lawn came, this afternoon, while I was at home; so I could pay him, there and then.
