Technically it’s good for my eye but terrible for the rest of me.

Number 1 does not sound like a good thing to me....I cannot begin to think of anything like that, far too squeamish, eyes especially.....

I haven't seen a fish stall for a while. We used to have a market stall in Abergavenny near where I live that did fish every Tuesday, but haven't seen that guy for a few years now.

Everywhere is my favourite Fleetwod Mac song. Great group.

Well done on your 20 day meditation streak Paul. I really want to do a 8 week streak but forget to do it sometimes so back to square one.

1. Got fish, for tomorrow, at a Fish Stall; which happens every Thursday.

2. Visited my Artist friend; while he waited for a Chimney Sweep Guy to arrive.

3. The Sam Fender RSD release, I ordered on eBay, arrived in today's post. (Bloke who sold it was from Leigh)

The First Sonic Movie was the last time I ever darkened the door of a cinema; and ever will.

My first exposure to the song was the Corrs' Version.

Now I've got the song Dreams going through my head..... Thunder only happens when it's raining.... It's sunny at the moment though, however it looks like it's going to be a wet weekend. But good gaming weather!

2: Managed to call HMRC and sort out my tax bill issue

3: Got on the list for ASD assessment through Right To Choose.

1. Did some drawing today.
2. Listening to Fleetwood Mac on vinyl.
3. Watched The Simpsons this morning.

I visited Brighton last month, went to see my sister and my niece

1. Bought the new Sonic trilogy box set this morning.
2. Wearing a new dress as it's warm and sunny here today.
3. Took my dog for a walk first thing and now back home relaxing.
