3 Good Things (again)

1. My Key Worker told me that, as I did so well with her, my caseload will shift to a new Social Worker; recently graduated.

2. Did a round of laundry, and got it dried, before the rain returned.

3. Watched a great end-to-end, Gaelic Football Club Championship game; online.

1. I have a day off after doing a couple of extra days at work this week.

2. I am drinking a lovely cup of tea.

3. I have time today to make the vegetarian frittata I planned from the weekend.

Swifties Dont fight although we will stick up for our Tay Tay when needed for example when Kanye had a vendetta against her we spread the word that hes nkt a nice person but I think everyone already knew haha

today at work I was listening to music and I had that urge that I always get to out some Tay Tay on snd this woman came back in becuase i forgot something and she said her daughter said outside “mum im hes listening to Taylor swift) and then the customer said so I guess im putting Taylor swift on when I get home and I said “like you should do because she’s the best”

1. Told our new boss im going off on the sick nothing Kuch else has been said so if there’s trouble later I’ll deal with it later they’ve been informed 
2. got a free four channel mixer so if it works I won’t need to buy my 30w amp until I need the fix and I can run it all through a 50w amp that has echo which hopefully will just be reverb or close enough 
3. my work friend has good taste in music as I went in and he was listening to my favourite song off thr reputations album delicate (track 5 on Tay Tay albums is always good a great emotional song)

1. My Landscaper came, this afternoon, to cut my hedge and clear my sewage; lawn postponed, due to intermittent rain.

2. Contacted NI Water; as my Septic Tank is full; the tank itself is on my neighbour's lawn.

3. I learned about Robert Crumb; and his obsession with old 78 rpm Phonographs.

1. I had jam toast for breakfast.
2. Thinking about the people I have met here, happy times.
3. My new vinyl came in the post yesterday.

I'm glad they've given you the sick note. Hopefully you can start to relax a little now and life will be that little bit less stress for you.

If you're uncomfortable with talking to your boss face to face you could take a pic of the sick note and then email it to your boss? 

I did that. 

I started at Morrisons last Christmas and was signed off due to stress and likely there was some burnout in there too because the environment was so busy and noisy I couldn't cope and function properly. I was also being bullied and management did nothing to help. I was really grateful to my Dr for being so understanding and signing me off when she did.
