Thank you!! It is starting in a few weeks, I think there is a focus on unmasking and what to do after your diagnosis/ how to make things easier for yourself which sounds really great! Hoping to meet some nice people too I feel really excited for it- will probably post updates on here too!
diagnosed with a frozen shoulder, which will take ages to heal and painful. Physiotherapist was very good at explaining and listening.
stocked up books, from the telephone book exchange with a good selection. Support local libraries.
will sleep well after reassurance, warmer and seeing people I know.

2. Sang for a few hours with my flatmate on our new karaoke machine (my throat is sore now!)
3. Had a really tasty pizza which I’m going to have the leftovers for breakfast!

2. Paid my Car Insurance renewal, and had a checkup with my Optometrist. (Paying for Lenses, Frame and Test while I was there)
3. I survived driving through a slushy, untreated, road to get Farm-Fresh milk today.

2. Downloaded some more books onto my Kobo (thank you 99p sale) and I’m going to be reading the Game Changer series
3. Didn’t push myself to cook and got a yummy takeaway instead

2. Took my time going round the shops and got everything on my shopping list!
3. Completed a nice outdoor build on my animal crossing island- I’ve never really done much of that so I am very proud of myself!
