I just received my first set of noise cancelling headphones from Amazon this afternoon.

I'm over 50 and known I was autistic for a couple of weeks now.

These things are freaking awesome and I can't believe I've not had this peace before. I went to the gym and spent an hour the treadmill without having to listen to bros shouting at each other, banging weights and running at a pace. Bliss.

Just wanted t share that with someone. It's life-changing.
