You said "We will be performing essential maintenance on the 14th to the 16th of January. This will mean the Online Community will be unavailable for a short period of time whilst we perform the maintenance."
Could you please clarify: does this mean the community will be offline for the whole of that time, or just for one or more short periods of time within that window?
I'm sorry if this seems like a dumb question, but it would help me - and maybe others - to better understand what to expect.
