Support groups in Norwich/online

Hello

i I recently diagnosed and struggle with social communication and communication with my husband. 
dealing with my emotion. 
I don’t have any friends so feel isolated

  • I would recommend the online group 'grow confidence in your autism'. It's a monthly online support group for autistic adults. It's run by a charity in Manchester but anyone is welcome to join no matter location. It's free and there's no pressure to turn on your mic/camera. The group also has a chat function if you still want to participate in a non verbal way. Just type 'grow confidence in your autism' online and if you go to eventbrite you can sign up and be sent a zoom link.
