Employment tribunal

I’m autistic and work and HR professional myself. 

im taking my ex workplace to tribunal and submit ET1 tomorrow. 

I collapsed in the office of a werlknow snacking company in

West  Midlands due to sensory overload, no first aid, no next of contact called, not arranged safe travels home. 

A week later I was shouted at for asking a  question to a process, complaint I was shouted at and manager was the best friend of the person being abusive to me so she terminated my contract. 
I solved the highest case load in the team, received as only one a big amount of certificate of excellence from stakeholders, but I was terminated with the reasoning of poor performance while the evidence shows exactly the opposite. 
Grievance wasn’t addressed and indeed  found deleted in the data of the Subject Access Request. 
Found a new job after and was terminated as my ex manager gossiped and known to my new manager. They settled the case for their wrongdoing. 
The time after I did incredibly  bad. Dark thoughts, can often not leave my house for days, had no food on many occasions, lost my car contract, can’t change my clothes or shower for weeks, can’t sleep.  My case is now delayed (more than 3 months), but as I had for all time sick notes, medical evidence I’m going still forward for a claim trying to request discretion. 
Did early conciliation and the party immediately responded no interest. Got tribunal certificate and go ahead for tribunal now. 

I must bring closure to it and I won’t let them get away with it. 

I am struggling financially so I can’t afford a lawyer. 

im currently thinking of gofundme to get the lawyer costs. 

im officially diagnosed and struggle terribly.
