Just sharing a strategy that I find useful!
On a day-to-day basis, it usually (for me) feels easier and quicker to just delete unwanted email newsletters, rather than making the extra effort to unsubscribe.
So, when the email deluge arrives on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, I always try to make an extra effort to finally UNSUBSCRIBE from all of those that I no longer find interesting or relevant.
Most businesses can be counted on to email us at this time, so it's an ideal opportunity to get finally rid of a whole bunch at the same time. Which feels pretty satisfying, too! :)
(In case anyone's unfamiliar with the process, all such email messages should include a link - usually somewhere near the very bottom of the email - that allows us to "unsubscribe").
