  • It snowed in Dorset this morning - that was a surprise, as the forecast was rain.

    I got a bit excited when I saw it start snowing about 9.30, then I remembered I had to walk to the health centre for a nurse appointment later in the morning, which dampened my enthusiasm somewhat. So I had to trudge through a blizzard to get to my appointment and it was freezing, then as soon as I got home it started to melt. It hardly ever stays here though.
