Work ASD and assessment

Hi I was diagnosed with ASD a couple of months ago. I got suspended from work and my employer asked  if they could see a copy of my ASD assessment to see if any think relates to issues at work . I said no as it got private childhood information on the . My employer got in contact with the same assessment centre I used for my diagnosis to ask can ASD be used as accountable for some behaviour s at work. Don’t think they asked about my case specifically but the therapist gave their opinion ASD does not affect certain behaviours at work . I have been at the company decades . My partner feels that the report of the company was wrong and helped contribute to the situation I find my self in . I also had therapy by this centre paid for by my employer. So it obvious that it’s me as it a small company . The must be some conflict of interest here. How do I know that the assessment centre has not told my employer what they want to hear

What behaviours? Was it over what you got suspended about and do you think it was caused by ASD but the assessment centre said it isn't?
