  • I think it terrible that so many people are still having problems, I can't believe that people are still unable to access thier accounts etc. This much promised and awaited new forum has been a disaster, I've said it before and I'll say it again, I think NAS should ask for thier money back from whoever designed site and failed to test it properly before it went live. I know NAS is a charity and not a particularly rich one, but that shouldn't be an excuse for poor service either from them or to them.
