Hi is there any adult support groups that I can join? Ones online or in person within Cambridge would be good, I'm not very good at communicating on a next as I find it difficult to express myself.

I’m in one called ‘We Are Autistic’. It’s really nice. All adults. Only a few members.

they haven’t been going long, so it probably doesn’t come up in the search things straight away. It would be nice to have more people on there
