Diagnosed Age

Hello, I was 46 when diagnosed. Still makes me a litle bit sad typing the age however after the first year post diagnosis I am in therapy and hoping to find more neurodiverse connections and friends.  One of my old school friends messaged me so we have been chatting and I have this group.  I have some mental health challanges due to the trauma of not having a childhhod diagnsosis. I am glad this space is here. I dont have any ND friends in my community though and have been here 8 years.

    I was statemented at the tender age of six years old myself. I knew I was different and had troubles with certain things, but I shrugged it off and got on with it myself.

    I do hope you enjoy yourself here. It's quite a nice little space in the net for people like ourselves :)
