What does your average day look like?

My perfect happy routine was shattered and I’ve not been able to find a new routine since. I no longer have the luxury of going out for a drive, something I did, regularish. At home I try to busy myself but normally I’ll do the same thing each day which isn’t a lot.

Days consist of,

Cooking, reading, looking through pictures, listening to music and cleaning. I will occasionally go shopping normally now on a Saturday when I get my drink. I have thought of volunteering but I lack the courage to do it and I don’t have the ambition since being on my own.

Parents

  • My work days consist of: showering, breakfast, going to work (I have lunch during this period), going to the gym, making dinner, having my evening shower, calling my partner, having a night time snack/brew and doing stuff I enjoy like reading till I fall asleep.

    Non work days consist of making plans to meet up with my partner/ friends. I also still go to the gym and do my other hobbies like reading or gaming.

    Non work days can also include various errands when they pop up like going to the library or getting my haircut.
