What do your days consist of?

What does your average day look like?

My perfect happy routine was shattered and I’ve not been able to find a new routine since. I no longer have the luxury of going out for a drive, something I did, regularish. At home I try to busy myself but normally I’ll do the same thing each day which isn’t a lot.

Days consist of,

Cooking, reading, looking through pictures, listening to music and cleaning. I will occasionally go shopping normally now on a Saturday when I get my drink. I have thought of volunteering but I lack the courage to do it and I don’t have the ambition since being on my own.

Parents

  • Work days are pretty much just that - I get up, shower, go to work, have dinner when I get back which is rarely cooked from scratch. Evenings are watching TV or crafts.

    Non work days are spent doing a lot of solitary activities to recover from being with people at work. Crafts, TV, reading. Naps. I love sleeping.

    Every so often I will see friends or family but this becoming more of an effort not because I don't like them but because of the draining effect and lack of interest I have in being there.

    I want to do so much more with my life but not sure if possible. Certainly not right now
