My carer didn't show up

Hiya, 

Please may I ask for advice? 

I had a carer visit booked for today for 9:15 am. She didn't come. I texted her and tried to call her too multiple times up until now. Her mobile goes straight to voicemail. I tried to call two other different numbers shown on the company's website: one is going straight to voicemail and landline has some signal but there is no answer and it goes to voicemail after a moment. 

What do I do now? 

I am sorry but my anxiety and frustration raises. I had to take a day off from work, it's really bad now as the season is over and I won't have many hours at work at all.

Additionally even if something is delayed it cause me massive anxiety because it was planned and it's all messed up. 

I find phonecalls really difficult and it was very stressful. 

Please may I ask for advice what to do next?

    Does the company have an email address? If so, send them a strongly worded note of complaint. Keep it professional and business-like. Don't get emotional and don't curse. State your name, the carer's name, and the date and time of the appointment she missed. Tell the company what you did to try and resolve the problem. Express your concern over her unprofessional behavior in not showing up and not responding to your texts. 

    May I ask how this service is paid for? If it's paid through insurance or a government service, contact whoever paid for the carer. At the very least, this company ought not to be paid for services that were not rendered.
