Tribunal Agenda for Case Management at Preliminary Hearing help needed

I'm at the stage of having to complete the "Agenda for case management at preliminary hearing" and the form terrifies me! I'm doing this on my own, (no union, no solicitor) and really don't want to risk messing up my case. Should I start the form now even though hearing is mid december?  Should I contact the respondent (organisation's lawyer) to ask if they're taking the lead on this, and I'll complete/offer any amendments after? They've not submitted the ET3 yet, should I wait for that?
I'm worried any mistake or omission on my part on any of the questions will result in the case being thrown out or ruled against me and leave me ruined. Has anyone any experience of this they're willing to share or is there any support available anywhere for a layperson such as myself to help make sure I'm keeping myself right?
Thank you in advance

  • I'm an American who lives in southern Nevada rather than the UK. If I understand you correctly, you were given this form to complete.

If this is the correct form, I found an article and a YouTube video that might help you.

While a solictor could certainly help you, I consulted an on-line ask AI for information and was told that you could also get get advice from your local Citizens Advice Bureau, your trade union, ACAS, or the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

    Best wishes!
