We wish to sincerely apologise for the issues that have affected our Online Community since moving to the new platform, which were further complicated by an EU-wide outage. Please be assured, our technical and moderation teams have been working hard behind the scenes to resolve these issues.
We appreciate everyone who took the time to reach out, and we’re working diligently to respond to each message. Unfortunately, some of the feedback we’ve received has been hostile and included personal attacks. We kindly remind everyone that our moderators are real people, most of whom are volunteers. We understand that this situation has been incredibly frustrating, but personal attacks on the moderation team are not acceptable.
We will conduct a full review of the platform upgrade to understand where expectations were not met and ensure we learn from this experience.
