To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears
To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

Because the post where Sharon posted this is locked, it might be lost, so I've created this one for users.

I can confirm the password reset is now working (before it was giving errors).

Just click on the head and shoulders icon on the top left to go to the login page.

Click on the Reset Password iink, enter the email address you have used before here and it will send you the link to reset the password.

Once reset, go back to the head and shoulders icon and login and it should remember you with the updated password now.

what is the message you get when you try to do this?

I note that if you are already logged in with a new username then you will need to click on the head and shoulders icon to sign out first - then try the above.
