Had my MRI results

Hi everyone as you know when I posted as Rach91 I was keeping you updated on my MRI. Well after some chasing around I got through to my GP as my symptoms have been getting worse. Well they have h found anything which means that it’s not my brain that’s the issue so I’m still no where near finding out what has been causing my headaches and dizzy spells but I will keep you guys updated and hopefully I will be back to posting with my old profile soon.

  • Hi Rach. Sorry for the late reply, I've only just got my account back.

I also have 'medical mystery' symptoms and have been through a myriad of tests trying to find the cause so from that sense I feel you.

In a way I'm glad you didn't show any brain abnormalities because those are rarely easily rectifiable, but I understand the want for answers.

I wish you luck with future efforts to find solutions. We're all here to support you for any future medical stuff you have to deal with

  • I know I always say this to people, but have you tried seeing an osteopath? I used to get really bad migraines, lasting 3 or 4 days, but after having some manipulation on my neck and shoulders they stopped and now I have to odd one, which is mostly a pain free fuzzyness of my vision and they last about 20 mins. Compression of the neck vertebra can give headaches, dizzyness a permanent hungover feeling, poor sleep and sinus problems. I'm not for a minute suggesting that you stop following whatever advice your GP has given you, but this might be another avenue to explore?

  • Sending you positive vibes I hope they can work out what's happening and get you feeling a bit better.
