Struggling to find employment

I know that I can do a good job when given the chance, but I struggle so much with interviews that it prevents me from getting a job. It is likely the reason why I have only had temporary employment over the last 10 years or so. Can anyone relate? Any advise?

  • I totally relate. Crash out at interview. Train crash experiences ... many, many times.

    What sort of employment are you looking for? 

    I am in employment and it is a constant struggle to mask... very badly I might add.

    I tend to look for work where I am very likely to get the role, no matter how things go at interview. I also have a job coach now through the DWP which is to help keep me in work. This has been really helpful.
