My partner who is waiting for a diagnosis of aspergers is looking for alternative career options. He struggles being around others and has mainly worked in factories and currently merchandising but finding this overwhelming sometimes. He's applied for multiple jobs working from home but has had no responses so is now looking at doing an IT course, he's very good with data and detail so he's looking into being a data analyst.
Just wondered if anyone knew what this job might be like, he's looking for minimal interaction with others and enjoys following processes.

Your partner's love for data/detail and his autistic traits (especially attention to detail, pattern identification, analytical thinking and hyper-focus) would make him perfect for that kind of work. Data analysis can easily be done from home if WFH is an option. Hope he enjoys the course, and wish him luck finding work xx
