I'm a fan of this one: 

Loving Someone with Asperger's Syndrome

Written when Asperger's was still a diagnostic term, whilst it now falls under autism / ASD.

Caveat: there's a lot of gender switching between examples in terms of whether the male or female is the autistic party. That can be confusing, but is worth the effort imo.

Yep, just started reading this one myself. Very impressed with it so far.

'Untypical' by Pete Wharmby is a good read.
